Processing Time & Download Policy

DIGITAL FILES:

PROCESSING TIME:
Digital files are available for digital download immediately upon purchase.

IMAGE & FILE DELIVERY:
In addition to an immediate download, you will receive an email with a link to access your digital download.

PROCESSING TIME:
All of the below time frames are average estimates. These can vary depending on workload or special circumstances at any time.

Custom PSD Files: 1-3 business days from date images are received

Ready to List Images: 1-5 business days from date images are received

Background Removal: 1-5 business days from date images are received

IMAGE & FILE DELIVERY:
Final images and files will be delivered via view-only access to a Google Drive folder containing all images and files for your order. Each order will have its own folder. This access will be shared with the email address on your order.
